If you are going to the gym, or headed to the start of a big race, make sure to throw this tube into your bag. To ensure a more comfortable race, don’t forget to apply Aquaphor under sports bras, around shorts waist bands, on toes and blisters, or other areas of chaffed or chapped skin.
